Tamira Patterson is the Legal Assistant for The Barnes Law Office, LLC, joining the firm in January 2020. Born in Houston, TX and raised in Atlanta, GA, Tamira has extensive experience in exhibiting sensitivity to the needs and expectations of diverse clientele and assisting clients in identifying viable solutions. Tamira graduated from the University of Georgia in 2005, obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Consumer Economics, Emphasis in Family Financial Management. Tamira then pursued higher education, obtaining a Master of Business Administration Degree from Argosy University in 2012. She is a vital member of our office and team, focusing on developing cases by maintaining contact with all parties involved, drafting documents, inputting data accurately, and organizing files.
In her leisure time, Tamira enjoys spending time with her son and attending social events with friends and family. She also loves learning American Sign Language (ASL) and connecting and building community with other families who have children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing, as her son has hearing loss! She embodies the notion of “Love Knows No Sound” in that hearing loss does not have to restrict one’s enjoyment and love of all that life has to offer.
