WE CAN HELP YOU

The following is a list of practice areas in which our attorneys are experienced and have obtained successful outcomes for our clients.

Auto Accidents

Each year thousands of victims across Georgia are injured in car accidents, many of which could have been prevented. If you were harmed in an auto accident caused by a negligent driver, you may be entitled to recover compensation for your injuries and losses by filing a claim.

Motorcycle Accidents

Motorcycles offer little protection to riders, and when they are involved in collisions with larger passenger vehicles the results can be disastrous. If you sustained serious injuries after being hit by a negligent driver, you can seek a fair settlement and hold them liable for their actions through a personal injury claim.

Spinal Injuries

Spinal cord injuries are often caused by negligent accidents, such as car crashes, trucking accidents or slip and fall cases. Damage to the spine can seriously impact victims’ capabilities and even leave them partially or fully paralyzed. If you sustained a spinal injury because of another’s negligence, contact our firm today to discuss your options to pursue rightful compensation.

Traumatic Brain Injuries

Traumatic injury to the brain is often the result of car accidents or truck accidents. The damage from these injuries often has extensive and lifelong impacts upon the victims, but they can seek rightful compensation through a personal injury claim.

Truck Accidents

Truck drivers are held to very high standards and must abide by numerous regulations when operating their vehicles. If they are negligent and make reckless or careless choices on the job, they and their trucking companies could be held liable for any resulting injuries or damages sustained by victims.

Wrongful Death

There is nothing more tragic and painful than losing a loved one, and if your loss was caused by the negligence of another person, we can help you take legal action. Filing a wrongful death claim allows you to pursue a generous settlement to hold the responsible party liable for their actions and to fight for justice on behalf of your loved one.
