Ashley Muse

Ashley Muse, Legal Intern

Ashley Muse is a 2L at Southern University Law Center located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and she has been with the Barnes Law Office since May 2020. At Southern University Law Center, Ashley is the Patent Law Committee Lead for Intellectual Property Law Association, Vice-Dean for Delta Phi Theta International Law Fraternity, and a Staff Writer for the Public Defender. Ashley also serves as a Criminal Law teacher assistant for the Board of Student Advisors.

Ashley is originally from Orrville, Alabama. Prior to law school, Ashley worked as an engineer. She graduated magna cum laude from Alabama A&M University in 2017 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Ashley is a member Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and binge watching tv shows.
